OUR MAJOR KEYNOTE SPEAKER

We've been looking forward to this one.

The Developers Forum 2026 will feature a single keynote address and we're thrilled to announce that it will be delivered by James Sherrard, NSW Building Commissioner.

James has spent over three decades in the construction industry, working across the private sector as a consultant and project manager in the civic, residential, and commercial spaces, before most recently serving with Transport for NSW. A qualified and experienced builder who has worked extensively overseas, James brings both on-the-ground expertise and high-level industry perspective to everything he does.

As Building Commissioner, he is one of the most influential voices shaping the future of construction and development in NSW and we are honoured to have him headline TDF 2026.

This is the conversation our industry needs to be having. We hope you'll be there for it.
